100+1 Anniversary of the Italian Air Force: Open Day Celebration

Wednesday, March 27, 2024, starting at 12:30 PM, at the Air Force Specialist School, led by Colonel Francesco Sassara, an open day will be held to celebrate the 100+1 anniversary of the establishment of the Italian Air Force. The event will see the participation of several educational institutes from Caserta and its province, which will be allowed early entry at 09:30 AM, so that they can attend the solemn military ceremony taking place in Guidonia, home of the 60th Wing, and afterwards visit the educational and technological laboratories of the Multifunctional Center and also use the flight simulator. During the Open Day, all visitors will be able to visit the educational and training facilities, the aircraft on static display, and other exhibitions of the Caserta Section of the Aeronautical Arm Association - Aviators of Italy, including a stand with a 'mock-up'.
