A 17-year-old girl was hit by a hit-and-run car while crossing the pedestrian crosswalk. The incident occurred on route 90 in Puglie, at Ariano Irpino, in the locality of Cardito.
The young girl was about to cross the road and get to school when suddenly she was hit by a car that threw her to the ground. The car did not stop and continued its journey.
The girl was transported to the hospital. The Carabinieri of the Ariano Irpino station were alerted and immediately started the investigations. The hunt for the hit-and-run car is on.
