The 18-year-old entrepreneur from the Naples Business Center has suffered two robberies in a week, the bandits caused a whopping 31 thousand euros in damages. The deputy of the Green-Left alliance, Francesco Emilio Borrelli, visited him to show his solidarity.
"This place is no man's land after eight in the evening," emphasizes Carmine, the name of the entrepreneur who runs a tobacco bar not far from the judicial offices, "so much so that they used a flex to get in and not even our alarm systems deterred them. And now we have lost everything: criminals are more protected than those who work and invest".
"People often point the finger at young people," recalls Borrelli, "and yet when there are young people who make sacrifices and invest, they are not protected. On the contrary, it seems that criminals who are free to act as and when they want are almost more protected and if they are arrested, they get off lightly. What do we expect, that all activities and all young people are forced to close and leave? We ask the State for more security, and we ask people to show a little solidarity to Carmine, even by just getting a coffee," concluded the deputy.
