A prohibition of approach and communication with the ex-girlfriend has been issued for a 24-year-old from Paduli.
The order was executed by the carabinieri of the town in the Benevento hinterland, in execution of the precautionary measure order issued by the judge of the Benevento court, at the request of the public prosecutor's office of Benevento.
The investigations were initiated following the complaint filed by the young woman at the beginning of the new year.
The young woman had reported that despite the relationship had ended several months ago, the boy had never stopped looking for her and psychologically pressuring her by any means at his disposal, bombarding her with intimidating and harassing messages, phone calls, emails. In many cases, he had also staked out under her home in an attempt to get closer to her again.
