24-Year-Old Woman Arrested in Castel Volturno for Attempted Burglary

The police in Castel Volturno have arrested a 24-year-old woman of Serbian origin, wanted as she was subject to a prison order for a sentence of about a year of detention, issued by the Prosecutor's Office at the Juvenile Court of Naples. The Castel Volturno Police Station, following information activities aimed at localization, tracked down the woman, unreachable for two years, in the “Destra Volturno” area of the Domitian coast. The conviction is related to events that occurred six years ago, when the young woman, then a minor, attempted a theft inside a house in an apartment in Naples. Traced at the residence where she had established her home, the young woman was arrested and, at the end of the formalities, taken to the Casal del Marmo juvenile penal institute in Rome, a facility specialized in accommodating the woman and her one-year-old son, found with her at the time of the capture.
