The Carabinieri of the Radiomobile Section of the company of Giugliano in Campania have arrested a 26-year-old man from Caserta, already known to the police, for domestic abuse, resistance and attempted extortion.
The arrest came after a call for help received by the military from a man: his partner, a drug addict, was threatening him with death, for the umpteenth time, asking for money.
The Carabinieri arrive on the scene and the 26-year-old, even in front of the military, continues to threaten his partner who is defended by the Carabinieri, several times jostled. With not a few difficulties, the 26-year-old is restrained and thus arrested. Only later will the victim recount in the barracks several episodes characterized by harassment and threats that had now created a climate of terror in the domestic environment. The arrested man is in jail awaiting trial.
