29-Year-Old Arrested for Drug Possession in Agerola

The Carabinieri of the Pianillo station in Agerola have arrested Gaetano Castellanno, a 29-year-old local already known to law enforcement, for drug possession for the purpose of dealing. During a home and vehicle search, the military, supported by the scent of a drug-sniffing dog from the Sarno Canine Unit, found 118 grams of marijuana and two of hashish. The drugs were hidden partly under the seat of his car, others under a bed. The 29-year-old is now in handcuffs and in jail, awaiting trial.
