A 30-year-old man was arrested for possession of child pornography material. The Carabinieri of the Mirabella Eclano Company arrested him as he had been convicted of possessing child pornography material. The events date back to 2021, when the individual was found in possession of multimedia material, the possession or dissemination of which is prohibited by law.
The military executed a prison order issued by the Penal Executions Office of the Public Prosecutor's Office of Naples after the conviction became irrevocable. The man, who was transferred to the Avellino prison, will have to serve a sentence of two years and four months.
