31-year-old Woman Arrested in Bergamo on Charges of Robbery, Attempted Extortion, and Domestic Abuse

A 31-year-old woman from Pietramelara has been tracked down in Bergamo and arrested by the police. She is accused of robbery, attempted extortion, and domestic abuse, crimes committed against her ex-partner and his family. The investigations coordinated by the Public Prosecutor's Office of Santa Maria Capua Vetere and the police revealed that the woman had on one occasion entered the house of her ex's parents, pushing the mother and taking her mobile phone. Furthermore, she is accused of having used physical and verbal violence against her ex and his parents, even in front of their minor children. Another charge is the attempt to extort 300 euros from a neighbour. The woman had moved to live with relatives in Bergamo a few months ago, and it was here that she was served with the precautionary custody order issued by the judge of the court of Santa Maria Capua Vetere.
