He would have sold drugs using phone chats. A 33-year-old man from Montoro has ended up in handcuffs. The Carabinieri of the Operative Quota of the Company of Solofra arrested him, in execution of a house arrest order issued by the judge for preliminary investigations of the Avellino Court.
The precautionary measure was issued as part of an investigation, coordinated by the Public Prosecutor's Office led by Prosecutor Domenico Airoma. The investigations were initiated following territorial control services aimed at preventing drug trafficking, which ended with the seizure of drugs.
During the activity, chats, messages and calls were found as well as writings that allowed to acquire heavily indicative elements against the suspect, on the basis of which it was believed that the latter had, held, sold and delivered to several buyers, including a minor, an unspecified amount of drugs.
