The 38-year-old Alessandra Golino was supposed to serve a sentence of three years and eleven months, arrested by the Carabinieri in Marcianise for mafia-style aggravated extortion, a crime committed in 2016 against some businessmen.
The woman was indeed arrested and taken to the Santa Maria Capua Vetere prison by the Carabinieri of the Marcianise station.
The 38-year-old is the daughter-in-law of the clan leader Domenico Belforte, and lives with the latter's son, Salvatore. The extortion committed - forced the two brother businessmen owners of a factory to pay 8 thousand euros on the occasion of the Christmas holidays - emerged from the investigations of the Carabinieri of the Caserta Investigative Unit, is considered close to the Belforte clan of Marcianise; Golino was also arrested for these facts.
