A 39-year-old Ukrainian man has been arrested in Naples for domestic abuse and aggravated threats to a public official. The events date back to yesterday morning at the Rione Sanità, where the officers of the General Prevention Office, during their patrol, intervened following a report of a woman assaulted by her son.
The police, upon arriving at the house, noticed the woman in a clear state of agitation and, not far away, a man, in a state of psycho-physical alteration. This man, even in front of the officers, continued his aggressive behavior with death threats, first towards his mother, as had already happened on previous occasions, and then towards the police. He then tried to grab something under the pillow but was stopped and secured.
The officers found and seized a folding knife, a telescopic baton, and a pair of pincers that the man was hiding under the pillow in his bedroom; while, in his pockets, another folding knife was found.
