On Corso Italia, the military noticed a car engulfed in flames. Not far away was a man who, hidden behind a dumpster, watched the scene. In his hands, a green lighter which, according to investigators, was likely used to start the fire.
The man has been handcuffed and is now in Poggioreale prison. The motivations behind his action are still unknown.
