A 44-year-old man from Benevento has been arrested by the Carabinieri on the execution of a precautionary custody order in prison issued by the GIP of the Sannita capital court at the request of the local Prosecutor's Office. He is accused of aggravated sexual violence against a minor girl, which he allegedly committed several times.
The investigations of the military police, initiated by the report of the school manager of Benevento and also by the complaint filed by the minor's parent, have allowed to reconstruct how the man, abusing the family relationship established with the girl, at different times and threatening the victim with beatings, on several occasions since December 2022, has forced the minor to suffer abuses. Among the threats is also the one not to tell the mother about the violence.
