44-Year-Old Nigerian Arrested for Drug Trafficking in Caserta

The State Police of Caserta have arrested a 44-year-old Nigerian, believed to be responsible for drug trafficking. Officers from the Flying Squad of the Castel Volturno police station, during territory control in a neighborhood known as a drug dealing location, followed a person on a bike as he headed towards the home of an individual already known for specific previous cases. They intervened, catching the Nigerian as he was handing over a small bag to the person. Upon searching the home, they found over 100 grams of cocaine and heroin, small denomination banknotes, and a precision electronic scale. As a result of the operation, the man was arrested and has been taken to the Santa Maria Capua Vetere prison, awaiting trial.
