In Pozzuoli, the local police have arrested a 44-year-old woman, accused of stalking.
The woman's ex-husband went to the police station and told the officers about the physical abuse and harassment he had suffered in the last year. The incidents did not even stop after the separation: the woman continued to stalk him.
The evidence necessary for the arrest was found on the man's smartphone: the chats with his ex-wife contained several death threats and insults. The decisive episode was the woman's arrival at the ex-husband's shop. There too, the victim was attacked and the shop's furnishings were damaged.
The surveillance camera footage captured the assault, which was later acquired by the police.
The officers found the woman in her home and arrested her. The 44-year-old was transferred to the women's prison in Pozzuoli at the disposal of the judicial authority
