48-Year-Old Man Jailed for Receiving Stolen Goods and Fraud in Piedimonte Matese

He has to serve a sentence for receiving stolen goods and fraud, now he ends up in jail. He is a 48-year-old man from Piedimonte Matese. The man, the recipient of a prison order issued by the Criminal Execution Office of the Public Prosecutor's Office at the Court of Santa Maria Capua Vetere, was arrested yesterday afternoon by the carabinieri of the Matese station. As ordered by the competent judicial authority, the man was taken by the military to the prison of Santa Maria Capua Vetere, where he will have to serve 4 years and 5 months of imprisonment as he was found guilty of the crimes of receiving stolen goods and aggravated fraud, committed in 2011 and in 2016 in the municipalities of Piedimonte Matese, Roccamonfina, and Alvignano.
