54-Year-Old Arrested for Aggravated Theft in Portici

A 54-year-old has been arrested on charges of aggravated theft: it happened in Portici. The Carabinieri of the local station, engaged in a night service for territorial control, alerted by the 112, intervened in a condominium park on Zumbini street. There they found the man, already subjected to the measure of the obligation to present himself to the judicial police and the obligation of residence in the Municipality of San Giorgio, while he was attempting to force the shutter of a garage and they stopped him. Investigations by the Carabinieri have ascertained that he had already forced two other garages stealing inside two tennis rackets, a ping pong racket, and a camcorder with accessories. The burglary tools were seized while the goods were returned to the owner. The 54-year-old was transferred to prison awaiting trial.
