58-Year-Old Arrested for Unauthorized Waste Dump and Construction Work

Already subjected to the benefit of probation to social services, during checks carried out by the Carabinieri of the Monteforte Irpino Forestry Unit, he was reported as being responsible for carrying out work in the absence of permission, unauthorized landfill, failure to present the SCIA (Certified Start of Activity Report) and removal of items under seizure. For this reason, the surveillance office of Avellino decided to revoke his benefit, ordering his immediate imprisonment. The 58-year-old was taken to the Avellino prison.
