58-Year-Old Man Jailed for Violating Social Services Probation Terms

A 58-year-old from Mirabella Eclano has been imprisoned for not respecting the restrictions imposed by the Social Services Probation measure. He was arrested by the Carabinieri. The man had been enjoying the benefit of Social Services Probation for about two years, but had been caught several times in blatant violation of the obligations imposed. For this reason, having taken note of the multiple reports promptly submitted by the Carabinieri of Mirabella Eclano, the Surveillance Office of Avellino decided to revoke his benefit, ordering his immediate imprisonment. The Carabinieri of the local Station transferred the 58-year-old to the Ariano Irpino district prison.
