Tenth appointment for the 2023-2024 theater season at the Teatro Cilea in Naples with the show titled “Balcony with 3 Squares” starring Biagio Izzo and written by Mirko Setaro and Francesco Velona with direction by Pino L’Abbate. A witty and very entertaining comedy of errors featuring Mario Porfito, Carla Ferraro, Roberto Giordano, Adele Vitale, Ciro Paciullo, and the music by Antonio Caruso, scenery by Massimo Comune, costumes by Federica Calabrese, and lighting by Luigi Raia. Returning to the stage in Naples, by popular demand, the Izzo/Porfito duo brings to life two amazing characters, with irresistible comedy and contagious energy. Thanks to its extraordinary success, Biagio Izzo, as the absolute protagonist, brings back a play with situations at the edge of paradox. The story, with ambiguous twists, is based on betrayal, couple relationships, and friendship. Besides entertaining the audience, the show also prompts reflection on complex themes such as love and partnership, sending a positive message in the end: despite everything, problems can be overcome.
