A Neapolitan Evening in Paris: Danilo Ambrosino's Exhibition at Mazarine Variations Gallery

A fully Neapolitan evening in Paris for the inauguration of Danilo Ambrosino's exhibition at the Mazarine Variations gallery by Marussa Gravagnuolo and Christine Lahoud. Titled 'The Gold of Naples' and curated by Alessandra Pacelli, the exhibition attracted a crowd of French collectors, fascinated by the paintings of Mediterranean plants on a gold background, but also a large group of Italians including about twenty friends of the artist who arrived in the French capital specifically for the opening. Among them were Antonella Maffei with Mimmo Tuccillo, Piera Ricciardelli and Annamaria Menzione, Gabriella Pascale and Luca Piciocchi, Paco Decina, Marco Lops, Marcella de Donato, Annachiara Gravagnuolo, Lucio De Risi, Carla Celestino. The audience also included the former director of the Madre museum Kathryn Weir, the Palermitan artist Michele Ciacciofera, Lavinia Aubry, Diane Pernet, Fabrizia Lapecorella, Laurence Carrara.
