The individual was handcuffed by officers of the Mobile Squad. During the search for the vehicle, a report came to the Operational Center of the Police Headquarters regarding a snatching committed on a street in the city center against a woman, who reported a tall, robust man who had taken her bag. About twenty minutes later, a robbery was reported on another street, against an elderly woman. The victim reported to the personnel who immediately arrived on the scene that a tall, robust man dressed in dark clothes had tried to snatch two bags she had on her shoulder. The woman, in a desperate attempt to hold onto the bags, was dragged and ended up on the ground. The patrols, already deployed throughout the city, immediately began searching for the possible perpetrator of the crimes. This led to the tracking down of the 24-year-old in Mercogliano, in the square in front of a gas station, where the sought-after car was spotted parked, with a man known to the office inside, who was about to leave. The officers managed to block him but were attacked. The intervention of other officers was necessary. The personal search and the search of the vehicle allowed the recovery of the stolen goods.
