An abused woman has found the courage to report. A new call for help came last night to the '112', alerting the carabinieri of the Operational Center of the Maddaloni Company.
The military arrived in a few minutes in the center of Maddaloni, at the reported address, where a violent family fight was taking place. A 47-year-old man from the place was immediately identified and stopped, who, in an evident state of psychophysical alteration due to the consumption of alcohol, was still intent on violently ranting against his wife.
The woman, to escape from his fury, had locked herself in a room of the house with her minor daughters. After being freed and reassured by the military, she reported that her husband, for trivial reasons, had repeatedly threatened and beaten her with kicks and punches, even in the presence of the daughters, leading her to barricade herself in the bedroom.
The woman, who reported suffering pain in various parts of the body, was taken to the hospital in Marcianise, where she was entrusted to the care of the health workers. She was informed of the presence in the territory of specialized anti-violence centers, which she decided not to use, but to want to move to a relative's house. The 47-year-old was arrested and taken to the Santa Maria Capua Vetere prison.
