Accountant from Torre del Greco Faces Major Seizure for Tax Evasion Over 300,000 Euros

He would have omitted the presentation of the specific tax returns, withholding more than 300,000 euros from the State: preventive seizure against an accountant from Torre del Greco (Naples). The measure, amounting to 333,421.03 euros, was carried out by the military of the Guardia di Finanza group of Torre Annunziata, issued by the gip of the court of Torre Annunziata at the request of the Oplontina Prosecutor's Office: the professional is under investigation for unfaithful declaration and omitted declaration. Based on checks initiated by the company of Torre del Greco of the Guardia di Finanza, the accountant would have omitted the presentation of the declarations for VAT purposes for 2019 and for direct taxes for 2021, despite the presence of taxes due amounting respectively to 112,482 and 62,959 euros. Moreover, he would have presented an unfaithful declaration for the purposes of direct taxes for 2019, not indicating compensations amounting to 375,591.76 euros, evading - according to what was reported by the Prosecutor's Office - taxes for a total of 157,980.03 euros. During the operations, the entire sum was seized through financial availability for 64,674.36 euros, company shares worth 1,000 euros and three shares of properties located in Portici and Torre del Greco traceable to the professional.
