Agropoli Local Police Seizes Property for Building Violations

The Local Police of Agropoli have seized a 150 sqm property for building violations. Specifically contested were the actions of creating an attic floor which, according to the investigations of the white helmets, were carried out in total discrepancy from the building title issued by the Municipality. A couple, clients and owners of the property not residing in Agropoli, have been reported to the Judicial Authority. The criminal seizure was ordered by the Prosecutor's Office of Vallo della Lucania. The Urban Planning Office of the Municipality will issue an administrative measure for the restoration of the site's original state. This intervention is part of the territory control activity carried out by the Local Police of Agropoli to combat building abuse.
