Airola's Municipal Administration Advances on School Buildings, Sewage, and Services

The municipal administration of Airola, led by Mayor Vincenzo Falzarano, is accelerating efforts in the areas of schools, sewage, and services, and is 'making progress in the implementation of the program'. Among the priorities, therefore, is school construction. In fact, work is underway at the Bagnara complex as well as at the 'Vanvitelli' lower secondary school and the new 'Padre Pio'. In eight days, that is Monday the 15th, work will also start on the demolition (and subsequent reconstruction) of the 'San Pasquale' kindergarten. The Municipality also announces in a note the news from the Ministry about the re-admission to funding for the works concerning, also in this case, the demolition and reconstruction of the gym serving the 'Vanvitelli'. The sewage network is also targeted: the adaptation of the network in Via Lavatoio has started, for an amount of about 70,000 euros. The activities in question will allow the elimination of the discomforts that have been recorded in the area through the replacement of the current pipes with new ones of greater capacity. The maxi-project worth over 6 million euros has also been relaunched, which will essentially allow to bring the sewage system to many areas of the town that are currently lacking it. In the meantime, in Parco Lucciola, the works to create the playground field have been completed. Now we will proceed with the second step of the activities, which will consist in the provision of adequate urban furniture. 'We are beginning to touch concrete results of the planning that we set ourselves at the beginning of the current council - highlight Mayor Vincenzo Falzarano and the Councilor for Public Works as well as Deputy Mayor Michele Napoletano. With activities, we are making adjustments that will only make our Airola better.'
