The news was confirmed at 8:45 pm by Trenitalia staff who suspended circulation on the railway line "for judicial authority investigations following the discovery of a deceased person near Montecorvino". According to initial rumors, the victim, a man of about 30 years old, threw himself in front of the moving train.
