Arrest Made in Premeditated Murder Case of Moroccan Citizen

The Carabinieri of the Mercato San Severino Company, supported by the staff of the Salerno Investigative Unit, have executed a stop order for a suspect issued by the Nocera Inferiore Prosecutor's Office against G. P., considered responsible for illegal possession of a firearm and the premeditated aggravated murder of M. H., a citizen of Moroccan origin. The Carabinieri's investigations were initiated following the missing person report filed on January 30 by the victim's wife, whose body was found yesterday afternoon near the Hermitage of Santa Maria a Castello, in Castel San Giorgio, with a gunshot wound to the head. The suspect was identified through the crime scene investigation activity.
