Arrest of a 39-Year-Old Man for Robbery Charges

He is considered the alleged author of two robberies: one carried out, the other attempted. For this reason, the Carabinieri arrested a 39-year-old man from Moiano, hit by a house arrest order signed by the GIP of the Benevento court, upon request of the local Prosecutor's Office, headed by Aldo Policastro. The man is believed to be the author of a robbery in which a pensioner from Montesarchio was a victim in January, who would have been attacked and hit, to the point of sustaining injuries deemed healable within twenty days, after withdrawing a sum of money from the ATM of the Montesarchio Post Office. The investigative activity would then have allowed to trace back to the 39-year-old also in relation to another episode - an attempted robbery - which would have cost a woman from the province of Caserta.
