Arson Suspected in Montoro as Two Cars Catch Fire Overnight

Two cars caught fire overnight in Montoro, suspected arson attack. The Carabinieri are investigating. The firefighters from Avellino intervened around 3 AM in the territory of the municipality of Montoro, in the Borgo district on Cretazza street, for a fire that involved two parked cars. The flames engulfing the two vehicles were promptly extinguished by the firefighters, preventing them from spreading to other cars and nearby buildings. No further damage was reported. The Carabinieri of the Radiomobile Unit of Solofra were also on the scene for their investigations. Thus, the arson trail is being followed.
