Art and Well-being at the Roman Theatre of Benevento

The archaeological area of the Roman Theatre of Benevento, in collaboration with the Carmen Castiello Study Center, will offer the second appointment of the project "Art and Well-being" on Sunday, May 12th. The initiative includes three Sundays dedicated to artistic disciplines linked to well-being, where people are invited to become aware of the influences that the surrounding artistic space can transmit on an emotional, sensory, and even physical level. After the success of Sunday, April 14th, dedicated to Argentine tango, for next Sunday it has been decided to experiment with a meeting dedicated to yoga, in line with what happens in the largest museums in the world, in a space where one can tune in with the anthropological evolution of the human being. An initiative to help free the energies of the mind and nourish the well-being of the body and spirit. "The multiplication of these initiatives - the organization highlights - can only benefit the participants not only on a psychophysical level but also on a cultural level. Participation in the workshops is free, while access to the archaeological area of the Roman Theatre requires the purchase of an entrance ticket."
