Assets worth over 9 million euros have been seized by the Guardia di Finanza of Torre Annunziata from Galtrading of Sant'Antonio Abate and two company administrators who are being accused of tax fraud by the investigating office coordinated by prosecutor Nunzio Fragliasso.
The company, which deals with the wholesale of food products, is accused of not having submitted, for the year 2021, the tax declaration for VAT purposes for a total of 2.7 million euros and of having submitted a false declaration for direct taxes, thus configuring a presumed evasion of corporate income tax (IRES) for over 6.4 million euros.
One of the two investigated administrators, father and son, also allegedly appointed his namesake cousin, without his knowledge, as legal representative, administrator and sole partner using a counterfeit identity card with his photo but with the relative's personal data. He subsequently transferred the company's positions to a figurehead who, according to investigators, would bear the responsibilities.
