Brawl Between Two Foreign Inmates at Ariano Irpino Prison

A brawl between two foreign inmates occurred in the Ariano Irpino prison. The incident took place while a funeral service was being held for a police officer serving at the Tricolle penitentiary. An agent, who intervened to break up the fight, got the worst of it. He was injured and had to seek medical treatment in the hospital. In the prison of Sant'Angelo dei Lombardi, two smartphones and three chargers were found. They had been hidden in a false bottom carved under the floor of a cell.
