Capodimonte Deserves a Post Office: Mayor Mastella Advocates for Community Needs

The Capodimonte district deserves a post office. Benevento's mayor, Clemente Mastella, is convinced of this and has stated: "I had a constructive talk with the General Director of Poste Italiane, Giuseppe Lasco. I requested the activation of a post office in the Capodimonte district. This essential service is necessary not only due to the demographic size of the neighborhood but also because of the widespread presence of an elderly population." A population that has difficulty moving around and, above all, is not familiar with technologies that in many cases allow for do-it-yourself solutions. Moreover, "a post office in Capodimonte," the mayor highlights, "would also serve the myriad of neighboring districts: Cancelleria, Saglieta, San Cumano, Ponte Valentino, Masseria La Vipera, Acquafredda, contrada Margiacca. This is roughly equivalent to a small town of ten thousand inhabitants." Mastella is confident that, "knowing Poste Italiane's sensitivity to the social value of investments and the spirit of service that has always animated this company, General Director Lasco and the management of Poste have understood the significance of my request and appeal. And I am confident that we can achieve the result in a reasonable time frame."
