Car Wash in Manocalzati Seized for Violating Industrial Wastewater Disposal Regulations

A car wash in Manocalzati was seized for violating the regulations governing the proper discharge and disposal of industrial wastewater. A worker was also found to be employed off the books. The operation was carried out by the Guardia di Finanza of Avellino, led by Colonel Salvatore Minale. It was specifically ascertained that the car wash lacked the necessary authorization to carry out industrial discharges, as required by sector regulations. In the course of the operation, it was also found that a subject was present without regular employment and prior notification to the competent bodies. It was also ascertained that the prescribed fiscal meter had been activated exclusively, without ever being used. The owner of the car wash, a 47-year-old citizen of Pakistani origin, has been reported to the judicial authorities.
