Castellammare di Stabia: 67-Year-Old Arrested for Drug Possession with Intent to Distribute

The Carabinieri of the operational section of Castellamare di Stabia have arrested for possession of drugs with the intent to distribute C. C., a 67-year-old local already known to law enforcement. During a personal and home search, he was found in possession of 25 doses of crack, 3 packets of cocaine, and a "rock" of the same substance weighing about 14 grams. Also found were two scales for weighing the drug and 100 euros in cash considered illicit proceeds. C. C. is now under house arrest, awaiting trial.
