Celebrating a Century: Antonietta Ronzini's 100th Birthday Bash

Celebration for the hundred years of Mrs. Antonietta Ronzini. An exciting event was held yesterday at the Opera Pascale of Curti, where the centenarian has resided since 2018. Born on April 17, 1924, in Cilento, Antonietta married Nicola in 1953, and from that moment moved to Arienzo. From her marriage, two children were born, Marzio and Maria. A widow since 1992, the lady lived in Caserta before moving to the senior residence in Curti. Present at yesterday's party was also the mayor Antonio Raiano, who gifted Antonietta a miniature reproduction of the Conocchia, symbol of the city on the Appia. "It's always a great emotion," said the mayor, "to celebrate such an important milestone as 100 years of life. Best wishes to Antonietta and her extraordinary family. At the Opera Pascale of Curti, there are currently four centenarians, cared for by the operators and nuns, in a serene and professional atmosphere. Here our seniors live surrounded by affection, and perhaps for this reason, we find ourselves so often celebrating the 'differently young' in Curti."
