Celebrating Saint Francis Caracciolo: A Journey Through Culinary Heritage and Cultural Landscapes in Caserta

Rich is the schedule of events that also this year allows to retrace some 'stages' of the long journey of Saint Francis Caracciolo, co-patron of Naples and, notoriously, protector of cooks. Six municipalities in the Caserta area, Pietravairano, Rocchetta e Croce, Villa Literno, Mignano Monte Lungo, Presenzano, Teano, each of which will be a focal and attractive location connected to the excellences of the territory among ancient streets and places full of history that effectively network the cultural, agri-food, and landscape resources of the territory. A project of 'slow' tourism, experiential and of territorial regeneration. Trekking enthusiasts, cycle tourists, green lovers, national and international tourists, scholars, and researchers will be able to live a memorable experience that unfolds through a surprising journey.
