Coffee Company in Legal Trouble for Misappropriated State Funds

Undue perception of funding from the State for 640 thousand euros. A wholesale and coffee roasting company in Alta Irpinia got into trouble. A decree for the preventive seizure of movable and immovable assets for a sum of 512 thousand euros attributable to the administrator and legal representative of the company was executed. The investigations were conducted by the financiers of the Tenenza of Sant'Angelo dei Lombardi. The activity was coordinated by the Public Prosecutor's Office of Avellino. The financiers executed a decree of preventive seizure issued by the judicial authority, up to the amount of 512,000.00 euros, of movable and immovable assets attributable to the legal representative and de facto administrator of the company. The judicial police activity stems from tax audits carried out by the Fiamme Gialle of the Tenenza of Sant'Angelo dei Lombardi against a group of five companies which have allowed to ascertain, at the current state of the investigation, administrative violations of a tax nature and anti-money laundering regulations, including the undue perception of financing for a total amount of 640 thousand euros, of which 512 thousand guaranteed by the Guarantee Fund for Small and Medium Enterprises, through the use and presentation of untruthful statements.
