Completion of a New Roundabout and Area Revitalization in Mondragone

The intervention carried out by Anas for the construction of a roundabout and for the revitalization of the area has been completed in Mondragone along the state road 7 Quater “Domitiana”. This morning, a technical inspection took place in the presence of, among others, the head of Anas Campania, Nicola Montesano, the Anas works management, and the mayor of Mondragone Francesco Lavanga. The intervention, whose project was shared with the Municipality, consisted in the adjustment of the curbs, in the remaking of the horizontal and vertical signage, in the paving of the central traffic island roundabout, and in the creation of a new green system, with the aim of enhancing visibility. The works have allowed to improve the safety standards and the passability of the roundabout section, with a diameter of over 30 meters, in an area particularly busy - close to the town center - especially during the summer periods. About 15 kilometers away, in the territory of the municipality of Cellole, the adjustment of another roundabout and the adjacent areas is underway.
