Construction Site Halted in Montefusco by Law Enforcement

Construction works at a site in Montefusco were halted by the Carabinieri. The Company of Mirabella Eclano coordinated specific inspection activities at a construction site in Montefusco, where the military conducted an inspection together with personnel from the Asl, the INPS, and the Labor Inspectorate of Avellino. At the end of the checks, three people (the client, the legal representative of the executing company, and the work coordinator) were reported in a state of freedom due to multiple violations of the regulations governing safety in the workplace. Furthermore, the stop of the works was ordered and the presentation of additional documentation in fiscal and contributory matters was prescribed.
