The military of the Arma, following further investigations, which on the first of December of last year led to the referral in a state of freedom of 20 people, as they illegally occupied 5 of the 15 apartments located in a building in Via Dietro Corte, in Caserta, municipal property, this morning identified in other municipalities of the province, such as Aversa, Maddaloni, Santa Maria Capua Vetere, Capua and Marcianise, another 9 apartments owned by the Campana Agency for Residential Construction (Acer), illegally occupied by as many users.
The military of the Arma, thanks to targeted cross-checks, carried out through the cross-referencing of cadastral data with the property agency, proceeded to report 9 people accused of occupation sine titulo.
