Cultural Renaissance at Real Sito di Carditello: Ministerial Inauguration and Restoration Achievements

On Wednesday, May 8, at 12, the Minister of Culture, Gennaro Sangiuliano, will be in San Tammaro to inaugurate the Royal Apartment and the Doric Temple at the Real Sito di Carditello. The minister will be welcomed by the president of the Real Sito di Carditello Foundation, Maurizio Maddaloni, who will illustrate the results of the restorations carried out by the Campania regional secretariat of the Ministry, which, after years of work, has finally handed over the royal halls to the Foundation. The Real Sito di Carditello, considered for decades a symbol of decay and abandonment in the Land of Fires, today, after having resisted the ravages of time and the scars of criminal activity, represents a model of rebirth and redemption for the entire territory.
