Cyclist Severely Injured After Dog Attack in Italy

A 32-year-old cyclist from Ariano Irpino was attacked by a dog while riding on the provincial road of Orsara di Puglia (Foggia). The attack caused him to lose balance, leading to a severe fall. The 32-year-old crashed into the guardrail, sustaining serious injuries to his face and head. Other cyclists raised the alarm. The situation immediately appeared very complicated to the rescuers. The cyclist from Ariano Irpino was airlifted to the Riuniti Hospital of Foggia, where he is under constant monitoring.
