The Dojo 7 Blades of San Marco dei Cavoti, led by master Luca Tremonte, took part with its students in the "Southern Italy Qualification" race of the Fedika, with athletes from different parts of Italy and valid for access to the relevant national championship. These are the karatekas of the 7 Blades who took part in the event in all the specialties of the race provided (Kata, form and Kumite, combat), individual and team: Sofia Smiraglia, Serena and Daniele Carpinelli, Gioia and Gabriel Cocchiarella, Cosimo Leonardis, Matteo Zuppa, Nicolò De Sciscio, Matteo Fiscante, Jacopo Zuppa, Gabriele Spagnoletti, Vittorio and Samuele Ialeggio, Nikolò Di Giuseppe, Lorenzo Barbato, Raffaele Zipeto, Francesco Perillo, Manuel Sarracco, Francesco Tremola, Giorgio De Palma, Angelica Paradiso, Giacomo Maria Leone, Alice Martuccio, Francesco Coduti, Simone Petriella, Francesco Zilla and Luca Tremonte. To enrich the medal tally 19 bronze medals, 6 silver and 10 gold.
"Everyone had the opportunity to take new satisfactions or in any case to live new important experiences to add to their personal baggage - said master Tremonte -. Karate is an individual martial art that leads to confrontation with oneself before even with opponents, and encourages to find the courage to overcome their own fears. The margins of psycho-physical and technical improvement are high but the right path has been taken. Now whoever has more tenacity will go all the way, always with their head down and with the utmost humility, regardless of the results achieved".
