A dramatic road accident occurred shortly after two in the morning last night in Lapio, in the province of Avellino.
In Contrada Casale Monaci, a car with two young people on board, a thirty-year-old and a 33-year-old from Avellino, swerved off the road, hit two parked cars, and overturned.
Both were transferred to the hospital in Avellino for the injuries sustained. The woman is still under observation by the emergency department doctors. The Fire Brigade from the provincial command was on the scene with a crane to remove the wrecked vehicles.
