The State Police of Caserta have arrested an Italian, born in '74, originally from Caserta, for possession for the purpose of drug dealing.
“Falcons” of the Mobile Squad controlled, near the Caserta railway station, a person, already known for numerous previous offences, and who had just been released from a penal institution after serving a period of detention.
The man was found in possession of a substantial sum of money in small denominations and a plastic bag, in which he had hidden cocaine. The police, following a search at his home, recovered more drugs, a precision scale, numerous plastic bags for packaging and bicarbonate, used to “cut” cocaine.
The man was taken to the Police Station and, following formalities, was placed under house arrest at his home, pending validation of the arrest.
