Dynamic and eco-sustainable management of the fleet of vehicles used for waste collection. This is one of the principles underlying the agreement signed yesterday between Asia, the start-up Tyche and the company Officine Sostenibili, for the establishment of a Temporary Purpose Association (Ats) that will regulate relations between the parties and towards the spoke in relation to the realization of the 'Trust' project (Infrastructure for Urban Monitoring and for the dynamic management of the fleet in support of the implementation of Tarip.
The company will be the leading company and Fernando Capone, head of the Asia technical area, will be the scientific manager of the intervention. «It will be remembered - explained the sole director, Donato Madaro - that the project will be based on the dynamic and eco-sustainable management of the Asia fleet, on urban monitoring and on the regulatory tools to support the definition of an incentive pricing model for the adoption of Tarip (citizens will be able to pay the waste tax on the actual waste produced and no longer in relation to the square meters of the house)». In practice, the vehicles will also be used as a mobile support for urban monitoring stations made using multifunctional platforms capable of providing useful information about air quality and other chemical-physical parameters of interest, including the state of health of the roads.
«The objectives that 'Trust' sets itself - concluded Madaro - are to directly contribute to reducing fuel consumption and, consequently, the emission of CO2 and other polluting agents into the atmosphere by waste collection vehicles».
