Earthquake in Naples: Precautionary Suspension of Metro and Railway Lines

For assessments of the earthquake shock, Ferrovie dello Stato has decided to stop the line 2 of the metro as a precautionary measure. Eav also suspends Cumana and Circumflegrea for assessments.

Line Napoli - Formia: circulation suspended in the Villa Literno - Napoli section Line Napoli - Cassino: circulation suspended in the Casalnuovo - Napoli section Linea Metropolitana di Napoli: circulation suspended in the Villa Literno - Napoli S. Giovanni Barra section Circulation also slowed down on the Roma - Napoli AV and Napoli - Salerno (Via Monte del Vesuvio) lines. Necessary assessments are underway by RFI technicians to allow the resumption of regular circulation.
